Grossman Nissan is committed to respecting the privacy of our clients,
customers, and all website visitors. In order to provide you with the
best possible service it may be necessary for to store information
about you. However, we only collect information that you choose to
provide us. This information includes but is not limited to your name,
address, birth date, e-mail address, phone number, and sometimes,
social security number.
If you choose to apply for a loan we may ask you to state financial information
such as income history, amount and type of assets, liabilities, and marital status.
Sharing Information with Other Companies
In order to provide the products and services which you may desire or to provide
you with information about the products and services that Grossman Nissan offers,
we may share certain information about you with affiliate companies such as automobile manufacturers or finance companies.
Grossman Nissan may share your information with certain service providers in order
to make a lending decision. We may also share personal information with state and federal regulatory
agencies as we are required to do by law.

We do not rent or sell our client list or mailing list to third parties.

Removal from Grossman Nissan Solicitations
If you are not a Grossman Nissan customer and you are on our mailing
list or if you do not want information about the products and services
Grossman Nissan can provide, you may want to discontinue receiving
mail, e-mail or other solicitations. We respect your wishes and will
remove you from our lists. Please send your name, email address,
mailing address and phone number to Grossman Nissan at: 295 Middlesex

removed from mail, e-mail or telephone solicitation.
In the event you are removed from our lists, we still need to communicate with customers on a regular basis to
notify them of service issues, or other items that may affect their relationship with Grossman Nissan.

local courts located in Connecticut, and, with regard to such claims
and disputes, you hereby irrevocably (i) submit to the exercise of
personal jurisdiction over you by those courts and (ii) waive any
jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Content, Site or
this Agreement must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or
cause of action arose, or be barred. If any provision of this Agreement
is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining
provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. You
many not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise,
without Grossman Nissan's prior written consent. Subject to that
restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit
of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective
successors and assigns. Neither the course of conduct between parties
nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement.
