1. We Extend the Factory Warranty
Grossman Chevrolet Nissan extends the factory warranty of 36 months or 36,000 miles to 40 months or 40,000 on all New Chevrolets and Nissans provided some of the factory warranty work for this extended period be performed at Grossman's Chevrolet or Nissan service facility.

2. Ten Day Used Car Exchange Program
If for whatever reason, within the first ten days or 500 miles of delivery, you are unhappy with the used vehicle you purchased from us, just bring it back. We will gladly exchange it for another used vehicle of equal or greater value from our inventory. Your salesperson will provide you with a written copy of the details of this program.

3. Six Month/6000 Mile Used Car Warranty
Grossman Chevrolet Nissan gives you a six month or 6000 mile warranty on any used Chevrolet or Nissan that we sell you for $15,000 or more before adding the cost of sales tax, registration, or accessories. This warranty covers the proper operation of all mechanical systems, factory accessories and safety related items. Normal wear and tear, maintenance are excluded.

4. Lifetime Oil Changes
You are entitled to regularly scheduled oil changes for as long as you own the vehicle for a cost of $10.95. This applies to new or used vehicles except diesel powered vehicles and those requiring synthetic oils.

5. First Ding Repair
You are entitled to have the first ding on your new vehicle repaired within 90 days of purchase, provided its size is no greater that a quarter, the paint is unbroken and the ding is accessible.

6. Loaners
Anytime you schedule a repair or service costing at least $150.00, we will provide a loaner vehicle. We do ask that you reserve in advance of your visit.

7. Referral Bonus
Please ask the salesperson at or before delivery for our exclusive Passport booklet. It explains how you become entitled to earn up to $200.00 in cash for referring customers to us.

8. Loyalty Reward
At delivery of your purchased vehicle we will provide you with a customer satisfaction coupon for a $200.00 discount on the purchase of your next vehicle from us. We appreciate your loyalty.

9. Discount on Body Repairs
For any body repair at our shop of a vehicle you purchased from us, we will credit your final bill in the amount of $100.00.
Any customer of Grossman Chevrolet/Nissan will have their out-of-pocket expenses reduced by $100.00 when your insurance claim is handled at our state of the art facility.

10. Discount Accessories
We will discount the purchase of any accessory by $25.00 providing the item cost is at least $100.00
